The first 230/35 kV, GIS substation connected to a 160 MVA Solar Power Plant, along with its 230 kV connecting transmission lines, was commissioned and energized at the, already largest Iranian Solar Power Plant, located in the Valman region.

GNEC has been in charge for engineering studies, design and supervision services in this project.
